Varahi Gupta Navaratri is observed in the month of Ashadha. Unlike the public celebrations of Sharad Navaratri, this 'Gupta' (hidden) Navaratri is focused on internal sadhana.
It is dedicated to Goddess Varahi and other Mahavidyas. It is a powerful time for spiritual seekers to perform intense meditation and spiritual sadhana to gain spiritual strength and protection.
1. Ghatasthapana: Performing the sacred installation of the Kalash in a quiet, dedicated space. 2. Sadhana: Engaging in focused stotra recitation and meditation on Goddess Varahi. 3. Fasting: Observing a partial fast and maintaining a discipline of silence (Mauna) if possible. 4. Offerings: Making subtle offerings of fruits and flowers during the twilight hours.
