A holy day dedicated to the parents of Lord Krishna, Vasudeva and Devaki, observed during the dark fortnight of Shravana.

Significance:

This day honors the lineage and the divine parents who endured great hardships to bring the Supreme Lord to earth. It is a day to celebrate the arrival of the protector of Dharma and the remover of worldly burdens.

Rituals & Puja Vidhi:

1. Family Puja: Worshipping the divine family of Krishna with flowers and incense. 2. Offering: Offering fresh butter, sweets, and fruits to the infant Krishna. 3. Charity: Giving food and gifts to children and those in need.
