About
Hayagriva Jayanti celebrates the manifestation of Lord Vishnu as Hayagriva, who took this horse-headed form to recover the stolen Vedas from the demons Madhu and Kaitabha.
Significance:
Lord Hayagriva is the presiding deity of knowledge, wisdom, and learning. He is believed to be the one who initiated Goddess Saraswati into the sacred wisdom of the Vedas. Worshipping him is said to grant mental clarity and success in studies.
