Bhadrapada Shukla Shashti at sunrise; commemorates the appearance of Lord Balarama, the elder brother of Lord Krishna.

Significance:

Lord Balarama represents spiritual strength and the protective power of the divine. He is the manifestation of Shesha Naaga, who supports the entire universe. His life teaches the importance of loyalty and supporting the mission of the Supreme Lord.

Rituals & Puja Vidhi:

1. Balarama Puja: Worshipping the Lord with blue flowers and offering honey and milk. 2. Fasting: Observing a fast until noon or throughout the day as a mark of devotion. 3. Reading: Reciting the pastimes of Krishna and Balarama from the Srimad Bhagavatam.
